he and this website are hereinafter referred to as TrioSolution.com,
it or TheArtrix.
The visitors of this website, or other 3rd parties that
are not directly involved in the development of TrioSolution.com
are hereinafter referred to as you, the user, user,
or users.
People who have registered themselves to TrioSolution.com
are considered users, but are hereinafter referred
to as members.
The organisation responsible for the webserver this website
runs on, D-hosting,
which is located in Rotterdam, NL, Europe, is hereinafter
referred to as host or the host.
Trio Solution and all related characters,
all comics and artwork, website layout and scripts, and
all articles and reviews are copyrighted by, and intellectual
propity of Arjen "TheArtrix" Lamé. Any
publication of these works, by the means of print, video,
web publication, television, or any other means of reproduction
and/or (mass) communication are prohibited without explicit
written permission from TrioSolution.com. TrioSolution.com
is willing to receive publicity as long as we are aware
of it. If you're interested in publishing the works as

TrioSolution.com proclaims
to be unharmful for your computer. The number of client-sided
scripts have been reduced to an absolute minimum, which
means that the chances of getting software related problems
is nearly non-existant. Most of it's scripts are being
run on the host's web server, which means it won't
affect your computer.
However, TrioSolution.com is not able to guarantee
100% safety, as the host might be subjected to
hackers, which is something TrioSolution.com cannot
prevent. The host has taken the nesessary precautions
to prevent this from happening,
At TrioSolution.com, your privacy
is one of the top priorities. TrioSolution.com
is a firm opponent of unwanted e-mail (a.k.a. spam) or
adware.
When registering at TrioSolution.com in order to
become a member, you will be asked to provide us
with your e-mail address, and information regarding your
timezone, birthday and gender. This information, unless
specified otherwise, will remain unavailable to the public,
and will only serve for statistical purposes. When specified,
your e-mail address will be used to send you our newsletter.
This option can be turned off at any given moment.
TrioSolution.com will also scan and record the
members' IP addresses, so it's possible to deny
access to banned members who have violated these Terms
of service. These addresses will be encoded using the
md5 encoding method, which transforms the IP address into
a 32 digit string. This string will be kept safe in the
database and can only be viewed by the TheArtrix or
the host. This procedure is also applied to your password.
No IP address wil ever be displayed on this website.
TrioSolution.com is aware that
this website might attract young children, and it recognizes
the fact that parents have their own views on how to raise
their children. Please be aware that TrioSolution.com
is not intended for very young children as the products
are aimed at the demograph of 12-25, male, female. The
site contains relatively strong language, graphic violence,
extremely mild nudity and a rather unusual view on the
world as we know it, which might conflict with your way
of parenting. If you think this material is unsuitable
for your child/children, please refrain them from visiting
this website untill your child reaches an age which you
deem sufficient to view this site's content. TrioSolution.com
considers users aged 18 or over as adults, which are fully
responsible for their own actions.
Since the host is not located in the United States

Unique among webcomics, TrioSolution.com
offers the service to create an account to post comments
and to gain access to the member zone. This service is
a privelege, not a right. TrioSolution.com has
the right to disable this function without notice.
Users are allowed to create an account by registering
using the procedure present on every page on the website.
Accounts are only created though this procedure as TrioSolution.com
will not process manual registrations. The registrations
are being validated using the e-mail address specified.
After registering, the user will receive an e-mail addressed
to the specified e-mail address with a hyperlink to the
activation page. After clicking this page, the account
will be activated and will be ready for use.
If an account is not activated after one week, it will
be removed from the database. This account can be re-created
using the same procedure. Once fully registered and activated,
the user will become a member (indicated by  )
To ensure a pleasant viewing experience, a number of members,
who are being deemed trustworthy by TrioSolution.com,
have been assigned the task of moderator (indicated by

These moderators can peform tasks such as removing posts
and banning users. TrioSolution.com and it's moderators
have the right to ban any member for any reason, unless
it's unconstitutional (such as discrimination). Reasons
to ban members are failure to obey the Terms of service,
threadning other users or the TrioSolution.com

and/or moderators, or trying to exploit the website and
it's script.
When members use their accounts to comment on artwork
or the newest comic/news post, they are deemed to obey
the comment etiquette. Use normal, peferably international,
English. Some Internet slang is allowed, but excessive
Internet slang or downright 1337 will not be tolerated.
Keep language at the same level as the works on TrioSolution.com.
Members caught slow chatting (having IM conversations
using the comment feature) will be banned for a week,
that also counts for people who spam (posts that only
contain hyperlinks to external websites). If you have
some bad remarks on a comic, please provide the reason
why, and it's also very appreciated to do so when you
like a comic.
When using this website and it's services,
you automatically agree to have
read and understood these conditions. If you do not agree
upon these conditions, refrain from visiting this website,
or using it's services. When TrioSolution.com detects
activity that is in violation to these Terms of service,
it will take the appropiate actions, such as banning members,
reporting members who have committed serious offences
